Join the Children’s Museum of Houston for the city’s longest running New Year’s Eve tradition for children. The event takes place at the museum and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum will host numerous family activities, including opportunities to make your own hats, noisemakers and resolutions.
In celebration of the November 18 release of the new film “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” the Children’s Museum Houston is hosting a Harry Potter party. The Muggle Bash will run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 19. Fans of the magical series will have the opportunity to meet some of the wizards, build wands, make house ties and be sorted.
