The Museum of Fine Arts Houston flings open its doors during Spring Break week with a slate of activities for all ages. Families will find daily happenings by visiting the Kinder Foundation Education Center for details on MFAH Family Packs – the packs are filled with hands-on activities, looking games and books. Materials are loaned to visiting families to help them make the most out of their museum visit.

Whether you’re interested in exhibits, movies/films for any age, exploring the galleries, musical performances, or special guided tours during the lunch + look segment, MFAH has something in store for everyone in the family.

On Thursdays, museum general admission is free for everyone, courtesy of Shell.  The museum stays open until 9 pm on Thursdays.  The MFAH is convenient to the City Park community just off Highway 288. The Metrorail is another option for visiting during Spring Break.
